WOW, what a difference you made. I left for a couple of hours and returned to my fantasy home. I could not believe this was my house. Just like your card says “Home Styling” I wanted to cry it was so-o-o wonderful. The best part of it all was I was looking at my things, rearranged, I couldn’t believe they could ever look that great!

I appreciate all the advice you gave me on the items to remove and to make rooms look less cluttered and more spacious. Your little green dot system was really a good way to help me remember which items I should pack-up and take to storage.

One of my first thoughts was why I found you now. Why couldn’t I have found you sooner? This is how my house could have looked, the entire time, my dream house was here, all the time. If we did not have to relocate, I would pull my house off the market and stayed here. It looks like something out of a magazine.

Kate, I especially appreciate how you took into consideration, those items that had meaning to me and that I really did not want them moved from their location. You added just the right touches and I am very pleased with the results. You are very talented and I had to tell all my fiends about you and of course they want you to come and redesign/stage their homes too.

Interior Redesign
Consultation
I will take this opportunity to inquire about what you like and dislike about your room (s). What’s working for you and what’s not, and how the space is functioning? I will answer any questions you have about redesign and how the process works.
Initial Consultation is $100 and lasts around an hour.
Redesign
The redesign transformation is usually accomplished in a day depending on how many rooms and how large they are. In determining the price I also take into account furniture, art work, and accessories. I also offer a multi-room discount, so it would be to your advantage to have than one room redesigned at the same visit.
$350 - $600 per room. AZ Home Styling & Redesign may bring in some minor enhancements; (lamps, easels, greenery, etc.) that we feel will compliment the style of your room redesign. These items will be available for purchase if you choose, for an additional cost.
Staged Homes for Sale
Consultation and in-depth checklist for the home owner to complete. This includes a thorough walk through of your entire property. Written recommendations are given on cleaning, de-cluttering, repairs, updating, packing & storage and furniture rearrangement that will enable you to appeal to the greatest number of buyers.
In-Depth Consultation $150 hr. (Basic Consultation $100 hr.)
Staging Services
A benefit of staging is that AZ Home Styling & Redesign "depersonalizes" the space to ensure that potential buyers can envision their furniture and accessories in your house. Staging gives you the competitive edge over the competition by adding the “WOW” factor. You only have 60 seconds to make an emotional connection with a potential buyer. Don’t miss YOUR window of opportunity!
I Have Several Staging Packages available; Small, Medium, and Large. If you do not find a package that fits your needs or you are working with a budget please feel free to call, I can adjust any package to meet your staging requirements.
  • Small
    One Room Staging: $300-450.00 per room
    (living room, family room, dining
    room, kitchen, den or bedroom)
  • Medium
    Living Area Staging: $1,100
    (Stage living room, family room,
    Dining room, kitchen and Den)
  • Large
    Entire House Staging: $2,600
    (Based on a 2000 sq. ft. home)

Prop rental is included for three weeks on medium and large packages. After that props will be billed bi-weekly.

AZ Home Styling & Redesign can take the stress and guess work out of arranging your furniture, artwork and accessories in your new home, we give you that designer look while you set back, relax, and enjoy your new home! (Stress Free)
Shopping Service
Let me Shop for you! I can pick up lamps, pillows, window treatments etc; what ever you need and I will accessorize them to show off your new room.
Shopping services are $55 per hour.
Vacant Homes
Statistics show that home buyers have difficultly making an emotional connection to an empty house. Buyers can not visualize their personal belonging without a point of reference this makes it twice as difficult for the seller to connect with the buyer. AZ Home Styling & Redesign can prepare your vacant home for sale by putting the “WOW” factor back. We bring in furniture and accessories that make your home appear lived in, not only putting you back in the seller’s race, but ahead of the competition!
Staging prices for vacant houses very by the size of the room and how much staging is needed, there for price will be determined upon consultation.
Consultation Fee $150 for 90 min.
Payment Policies
Consultation fees are due at the time of consultation. Redesign and Staging fees are due when services are rendered.
